The worst thing I see in people is not accepting their mistakes and not apologizing. I would rather forgive a mu*erer than a virtuous person who does not admit their mistakes.
The word “apologize” exists because no one can be 100 percent right. There is such a thing as forgiveness as long as there are mistakes.
But the first thing people who make mistakes do is blame the mistake on someone else. Then they try hard to prove that the mistake is not theirs. If that is impossible, the word “apologize” comes last.
People have these kinds of traits. When they always think that they are right, they miss the habit of apologizing. If someone makes an accusation even if it is not their fault, the first thing I do is apologize and listen to the accusation.
Accepting and correcting the mistake or ignoring it is the second thing I do. If I make a mistake to one of my customers, I apologize and correct that mistake. According to me, it is a human trait that people should maintain as a habit. Forgiveness is a divine trait.
